Having lived in the Knoxville area for over 30 years, Nevin combines his local knowledge with over 20 years of construction experience in the East Tennessee area.  Nevin has built and sold a wide range of homes all over the Greater Knoxville Area and will use that experience to help you plan a new build. He can also assist you in your purchase of an existing home if you prefer the character and charm of mature real estate.  Nevin is a licensed general contractor and seasoned home builder, who can knowledgeably guide you no matter what finding your dream home entails.  In his spare time, Nevin enjoys travelling with his wife and 2 kids, UT Football, boating, skiing, and has been a musician for over 30 years.
